The hotel has a great location for exploring Wellington, close to the city center and convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and quiet, although the red decor might not be to everyone's taste. The service was a mix of great assistance and some unprofessionalism, but they were quick and professional during checkout. The dining experience was a letdown with poor quality and slow service at times.

The service was excellent and very obliging, with perfect assistance and thoughtful offers of help.
